" I generally have no complaints about the food while on the road. So when last week I decided to pop in for a burrito, I was hopeful. But again my experience here felt lackluster. The drive-up menu was broken – had to order through the window, and despite no other cars being there, I waited over 15 minutes! When I got my food, it was uneventful: flavorless and lukewarm. " Simply put, I thought I was getting the classic Taco Bell experience, but I was wrong. My chalupa was soggy, and the portion sizes felt like they are cutting corners these days. After recent visits, I can’t escape the feeling that the food quality has diminished as well. They must not be changing their fryer oil, and that’s just gross. " I have patronized Taco Bell for years, and I hate to say it, but this location has turned me off from their brand. The hours on the website completely different than reality: I pulled up at 10 PM expecting them to be open, only to find the doors locked and nobody inside to take orders or providing assurance of services. " I don't understand why this Taco Bell can't get it right. The parking lot was empty but inside was cluttered and fairly messy. The food was lukewarm—not something you want from fast food.
