" I was really hoping for an authentic experience at Flor de Mayo, and while the food was tasty, it didn’t meet the standards I associate with true Peruvian cuisine. The Lomo Saltado was good but can be improved by enhancing the seasoning. The service although friendly was slow when I first got here. The ambiance had a nice energy, but there were awkward moments where we were rushed as soon as we finished.
