" I had the opportunity to dine at Siam Cuisine recently and I must say, their Pad Thai is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted! The tamarind flavor was pronounced without being overwhelming, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The spice level was just right for me. I have to warn others though, if you’re not a fan of spicy food, you may want to order one heat level down. The staff was friendly and prompt with service. I’m definitely going back for more!
