What’s more, the prices are very reasonable for the quality – truly a gem among food trucks! The owner is very friendly and eager to ensure that you enjoy your meal. " Wow! What an experience at Taqueria Cueramaro! The first time I walked up, I was nervous that it wouldn't meet my expectations due to its location in a gas station parking lot. However, upon tasting the food, I was blown away. Their tacos feel like a piece of home. The handmade tortillas added to the authenticity; they were soft, just like my mother used to make. The salsa verde was spot on, just enough heat to get the taste buds excited. The staff were friendly and prompt. I would rate the overall experience a 5! " My visits to Taqueria Cueramaro have always been satisfactory, but I think I may have overhyped it in my mind. The ambiance is a classic food truck scene, which is cozy, but this time, there was a long wait. I ordered a steak torta which was massive and pretty tasty, but I felt like the seasoning was slightly off. Maybe it was just this particular day? The owner was still very friendly despite the busy rush. I do enjoy authentic flavors, and I know they deliver that in most instances, so I’ll be back – hoping it’s more impressive next time.
