" You cannot go wrong with El Chivito Birrieria! This place has the most authentic birria I’ve tasted outside of Mexico. I’m from Guadalajara and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. We ordered the quesabirria and the tacos de chivo, and both dishes were heavenly. The consome served with the tacos was so rich and comforting, it's like liquid gold!
