" I’ve been to Coalfire several times, and it’s always been a consistent experience. The pizzas are creative and never shy on flavor! This visit, I went with the 'Nduja, which was a solid choice! The spiciness was balanced well with their house-made ricotta. The only downside was that we had to wait quite longer than normal for our food this time. But even with that, I’d still recommend the place wholeheartedly. It truly shines in its pizza craftsmanship. " (*Curated Review*)

" Came here for a date and it was perfect! The ambiance made for a lovely evening, dim lighting and comfy seating. Both of us ordered different pizzas to share. My honey and salami was definitely a highlight. The crust was delightful and toppings were generous. Service was good, not overbearing, but attentive. I look forward to trying new flavors next time! " My family and I were excited to visit Coalfire after hearing so many great things. We had the chance to try several different pizzas and a charcuterie board. The pizzas were fantastic! The charcuterie board was surprisingly generous for the price, and the selection of meats and cheeses was fresh. The only critique I could share would be that the seating could feel a bit cramped when the restaurant is full, but that aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our time! " (*Curated Review*)

" Had high expectations going in due to the reputation but left feeling mildly satisfied. Pizza was certainly good but I've had better at a lower price point. The crust was surprisingly flimsy given the name of the place. The ambiance was nice, a fun spot for groups, and our server was pretty good. Just not sure I'd make this a regular spot. " My colleague had been raving about the pizzas here, and they did not disappoint! I had the salami and honey pizza, and it was amazing. The blend of flavors was heavenly! The service was equally commendable, our waiter made sure we were well taken care of. I definitely recommend Coalfire; it’s worth trying if you want to indulge in quality pizza! " (*Curated Review*)

" I went to Coalfire for the first time with some friends after hearing a lot of good buzz. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated fairly quickly. I tried the Nduja pizza, and it was spicy but incredibly flavorful! The ambiance was lively and fun, perfect for a group outing. Our server was prompt, but the overall pace felt rushed, as we were barely done eating when they brought the check. It's not a place I’d go for a long, drawn-out meal, but definitely worth a visit for good pizza! " (*Curated Review*)

" Finally got to try Coalfire, and I was blown away! The crust was just right, with a perfect balance of chewy and crispy. I added prosciutto to my pizza, which made it extra special! The atmosphere is fun and inviting, with a great vibe overall. My only critique is that the service was a bit slow, which made the experience less enjoyable. But the food itself more than made up for it! " (*Curated Review*)
