" Although my experience started off a bit rocky due to a long wait, it was all worth it. The ambiance was buzzing with excitement, and I could already smell the wood-fired pizza as we walked in. I decided to go for the fungi pizza and the prosciutto salad, both of which were delightful. However, I felt the prices were a tad high for the portion sizes, especially given that I was hoping for a little more bang for my buck. Nonetheless, Lampo did not disappoint in terms of flavor and quality. The waitress was friendly, making our dinner feel more welcoming despite the wait! " (*Curated Review*)
" There's something truly magical about Lampo! The thrill of sitting down for a cozy evening of unbeatable pizza is a delight. We got the fungi pizza and margherita, both were unbelievably good. Moreover, the cocktails paired beautifully with the meal. While we had to wait for our food well over 30 minutes, the jovial ambiance definitely kept our spirits up. I can't recommend this place enough! " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited Lampo last week with a couple of friends after hearing all the hype. I wasn’t disappointed! The pizzas were incredibly delicious – we shared a Margherita and a fungi pizza, both of which had fantastic flavors. The ambiance was lively, but quite crowded. There was also a minor delay in seating, even though we arrived early. The wait for the food was reasonable, and the attentive staff made us feel comfortable. I am already planning my next visit! " I had heard wonderful things about Lampo and was eager to try it out with my friends. We decided to go early to avoid the weekend crowd. Upon arrival, we admired the cozy ambiance, with its rustic decor and friendly staff. The highlight, of course, was the pizza! I ordered the Margherita DOC, and it truly lived up to the hype. The crust was perfectly thin and had a delightful crispiness, while the buffalo mozzarella was rich and flavorful. We also tried the Italian donuts to finish off the meal, and they were heavenly! Overall, Lampo exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return! " (*Curated Review*)
" Great pizza but be prepared for a wait. Lampo does not take reservations which means the line can wrap around the building on weekends. The pizza itself was worth it—very high quality ingredients are used, and it was cooked perfectly. I would recommend trying the margherita pizza first! Although the service was nice, we experienced a delay when it came to getting our check post-meal. Still, I would definitely go back! " (*Curated Review*)
" I've visited Lampo multiple times, and I believe the authenticity is what keeps me coming back! They've nailed the true flavors of Neapolitan pizza. The margherita is my favorite, with its fresh basil and tangy tomatoes. While I had a longer-than-average wait during my last visit, the staff was gracious and very attentive to our needs. They even offered us complimentary appetizers while we waited, which I really appreciated! " (*Curated Review*)
" This place has become one of my new favorites! I love the authenticity that Lampo brings to its pizzas. The Margherita was superb, with fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and a sauce that was to die for. The wait for our food was a bit longer than expected, but the staff kept us updated during our wait. I appreciated their attention to customer service. A slight downside was that the restaurant's size made it a bit cramped, but it seemed to add to its charm. Absolutely worth the visit!
