" I have a lot of fond memories tied to this restaurant. The mole coloradito has been my favorite dish since my first visit here three years ago. It’s comforting and filled with layers of flavor. Each visit has been a nostalgia trip and an opportunity to discover new favorites like the mole enchiladas! The staff knows their menu well and can guide newcomers on what to try. " Incredible food! The pipian de pollo was hands down the best I've had in Portland. Each bite was a revelation with its complex flavors. The tortillas are made fresh right in front of you—a fantastic touch! The workers were exceptionally helpful in explaining the dishes. The only thing that may deter some is the small size of the restaurant, which can feel a bit cramped during peak times. Still, the quality of the food easily makes up for it! Will come back for sure.
