" This place has really good subs but the customer service is incredibly hit or miss. One time, I was greeted by a friendly person at the counter, but the next visit, the lady barely acknowledged my presence. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it would be nice if they could at least smile. On the bright side, the food is consistently fresh and tasty.
