" Sadly, my experience at Kew Gardens was the worst dining experience I've had in years. Despite being hungry, I couldn't justify eating half the food in the buffet because it was either cold or had a questionable appearance. I even saw some food being picked up off the floor and put back into the service area, plus the staff didn't show concern when I brought it to their attention.
