Our chef was incredibly talented, performing tricks while preparing a delicious meal. I ordered the filet mignon and shrimp, which came with two sides of fried rice and mixed vegetables. The flavors were fantastic, and I even enjoyed a few sake shots that were generously poured! However, be cautious if you're sensitive to salt, as I found the rice a little on the salty side. The sushi chefs are skilled and entertaining, adding to the dining experience. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive. " We had a family gathering at Kobe Teppan & Sushi, and the environment was just right. Everyone felt welcome, and the sushi was surprisingly good for the price. But I must say the service could use improvement. There were a few times we had to follow up on our orders and drinks. Nonetheless, the kids enjoyed the hibachi, which made it all worthwhile. " My experience was less than stellar. While the hibachi chef was entertaining, the food left much to be desired. I found the shrimp to be overcooked, and the rice was lacking on flavor compared to what I have experienced at other Japanese steakhouses. The atmosphere was nice, but overall, I was expecting more from the sushi, which is what I came for. Unfortunately, I left disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll return. " The place was packed when we arrived, which made sense given how good their food is. We tried almost everything on the all-you-can-eat menu, and everything tasted fresh. The sushi rolls are diverse and certainly cater to different tastes. However, the quality of service was inconsistent. One of our servers was exceptional, while another seemed overwhelmed.
