" My experience at Nan Zhou was a mixed bag. While the hand-pulled noodles were good and showed promise, I found the broth in my beef noodle soup lacking depth. The texture of the noodles, however, was spot on. Also, credit to them for the huge dumplings; they were a highlight! One thing I appreciated was the ample portion size. " I visited Nan Zhou on a whim after reading the reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The fusion of flavors in their noodle dishes is simply delightful. I had the spicy beef stew with hand-drawn noodles. The heat level was perfect for my palate. I also snuck in an order of the salt and pepper ribs, which were crispy and incredibly flavorful.
