" I think this will be the last time I visit this location. I waited twenty minutes for a simple order and when I finally received my food, it was wrong. They gave me the wrong item altogether, and when I tried to get it fixed, the staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I left without anyone fixing my order, feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer. The food quality isn’t even worth mentioning; let’s just say there was nothing authentic about it. " Last night was a disaster. I went to Taco Bell around 10 PM because I was craving a burrito. After waiting in a long line, I ordered and then waited another 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it, not only was it the wrong order, but the quality was shockingly poor. The burrito was cold and lacked the typical flavors I'd expect. To top it off, the staff was rude when I tried to correct my order. This experience gave me second thoughts about ever returning here.
