" I just tried Fuji for the first time and wow, I was impressed! The sushi was superbly crafted, akin to what I enjoyed back in Tokyo. The fresh ingredients really stood out, and my favorites were the salmon rolls and the spicy tuna. I also loved the small touches like the friendly staff who greeted me as I walked in.
