" I came to Taco Bell looking for a late-night snack and it turned out to be quite the journey. We placed our order at the kiosk, which was functional. Waiting wasn’t too bad considering it was late, but upon checking our food we realized half of what we ordered was missing. The staff was apologetic and offered to remake our food, but I could tell the kitchen was already closing down. Finally, after a long wait, we had our meal, but the freshness was in question. " I wouldn't usually write a review for fast food, but my experience at this Taco Bell compelled me to do so. Initially, I was excited because Taco Bell is usually a reliable fast-food choice. Unfortunately, once there, everything that could go wrong did. The drive-thru line took nearly forever, and by the time I got my order, not only was it incorrect, but the food was cold.
