" I had a very disappointing experience on my last visit to Olive Garden. We had a long wait to be seated despite the restaurant being quite empty. Once seated, our waiter seemed preoccupied. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and was shocked to receive a lukewarm plate. When I raised this concern, the response was lackluster. " Disappointment is an understatement. I was looking forward to a nice dinner with my family, but the service was terrible from the moment we walked in. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence, and when they finally seated us, it was at a dirty table.
