" I can't believe I almost missed this gem! Little Saigon serves some of the most delicious food I've had in a while. I ordered the combo plate with grilled pork and it came with a massive portion of rice and fresh veggies. The flavors were vibrant and made me feel like I was back in Vietnam! My friends got the beef stew and the vegetarian options, which they enjoyed thoroughly. We even tried their iced coffee, which was a delightful treat. The service was impeccable, friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to help us. It’s a busy place, but the atmosphere was inviting. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a taste of Vietnam! " (*Curated Review*)
" This was my first time trying Vietnamese food, and I was looking forward to it. However, my experience at Little Saigon was frustrating. Although the place was clean and the people were kind, the food did not impress. I ordered pho and it felt like it was missing something crucial. My friend got the chicken curry, and while it looked nice, it tasted bland. I also noticed an odd lack of direct Vietnamese staff, which made me skeptical about the authenticity of their offerings. Out of the seven places we tried during our trip, this was my least favorite. Next time, I'll definitely try someplace that sports a more traditional flair. " (*Curated Review*)
" As someone who has traveled extensively through Vietnam, I had my expectations set high for Little Saigon, but I left feeling disappointed. The service was friendly but busy, and the food felt like it missed the mark. The pho broth was much sweeter than expected, and my salad rolls were filled mostly with lettuce. It's clear that others may enjoy it, but the authenticity of flavors was absent during my visit. I may return to give it another chance but will have to temper my expectations next time. " Upon entering Little Saigon, I delighted in the modern decor and warmth of the service. I ordered a salad roll and beef pho. The salad roll was fresh but sparse in shrimp, and my pho, while acceptable, didn't have the richness I expect. The flavors were no match for the vibrant Vietnamese dishes I've had before. Nevertheless, it was sufficient for my meal, and the attentive staff really improved my dining experience. Given the experience, I might consider coming back, though I'm curious to see if they'll elevate the flavor aspects in the future. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had made my way to Little Saigon with high hopes based on previous reviews. Upon arrival, the service was warm and welcoming but I can't say the food met the expectations. My beef pho was lackluster, lacking seasoning and depth of flavor; it felt very commercialized. On top of that, the salad rolls were disappointing, filled primarily with lettuce. Although the restaurant had a nice ambiance, if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese, I would recommend looking elsewhere. " (*Curated Review*)
" Little Saigon surprised me positively! I've had a long string of mediocre dining experiences, so this was a breath of fresh air. The menu boasted a delightful selection of Vietnamese dishes, and I settled for the banh mi and a side of spring rolls. The flavors were bright and fresh, easily standing out as the highlight of the meal. The salad rolls weren't as flavorful but still enjoyable. Service also garnered top marks; the staff were delightful and attentive. My only complaint was the price seemed slightly higher compared to food quality, but it didn't take away from the experience too much. " (*Curated Review*)
" My first visit to Little Saigon left me quite satisfied! The space has a modern and clean look, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. I tried their chicken pho, and while it was a good bowl, it wasn't as flavorful as some state as traditional. The portions were fair, but I could see them improving on quality of ingredients. I also appreciated the attentive service from staff who seemed to know the menu well. Although I don't believe it captures the true essence of Vietnamese food, it was a decent meal overall, and I think I'd be back to try other dishes. " (*Curated Review*)
