" I consistently find that Taco Bell is hit or miss. My last experience felt more like a miss: the crew seemed most concerned with chatting rather than taking care of the customers. Then I had to wait quite a while for my order. When I received it, I noticed my tacos were soggy and made entirely wrong. Even when I asked about it, I was met with a shrug. " Wow, what a rollercoaster ride! I have to admit, Taco Bell can’t be my first choice for takeout. The last time I ordered, they forgot a significant part of my order and were very apologetic, but one can only hear so many excuses. The food is okay, but seems to get worse each time I visit. My nachos were stale and seemed to have been thrown together haphazardly. I decided to voice my concerns to management, but it only felt like they brushed them off.
