" After many disappointing visits, I've decided to write a review. The drive-thru wait time is always excessive; it's practically a rite of passage here. On top of that, once you get your food, it often feels incomplete. My favorite burritos are frequently missing sauces or have the wrong ingredients. " This has to be one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever visited. The wait was obscenely long, at least 45 minutes during my last visit, and I even considered leaving but I was trapped in the drive-thru. When I got my order, half the items were missing and the tacos were soggy. I tried calling customer service for help, but they didn’t seem to care at all.
