" I can't believe how bad my recent experience was at this Chipotle location. From the moment I walked in, I was faced with a dirty floor and unkempt tables. I decided to leave without ordering after waiting for some time and observing how the staff fussed about without any sense of urgency. Every time I come in, the staff has been friendly and accommodating; they really make you feel welcome. I often get the steak burrito with black beans and extra veggies, and I haven't had any issues with the freshness of the food. It’s also nice that they usually have everything in stock. " I have to say, my experience at Chipotle was quite disappointing. I love their food generally, but this location left much to be desired. I ordered a burrito bowl, expecting my usual generous portions of chicken and toppings, but was shocked to find that it barely had enough rice to fill my bowl. The service wasn't great either; the staff seemed disinterested and rushed me through my order. What's more, there was hardly any atmosphere in the restaurant, making for a rather uncomfortable meal. " I recently visited Chipotle for the first time, and I was looking forward to enjoying a meal filled with authentic Mexican flavors. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. The service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like no one was paying attention to the customers waiting to order. Once I finally received my food, I couldn’t believe how small the portions were. I paid $12 for a bowl that looked more like a kid’s meal! The atmosphere wasn't great either; the tables and floors were sticky and unkempt.
