Paco's Tacos offers a delightful mix of authentic Mexican dishes inside a gas station, surprising customers with its quality and taste. While the food garners many positive remarks for its authenticity, especially the carne asada and adobada tacos, service inconsistency is noted, affecting the overall experience.

" This restaurant certainly lived up to its reputation. I got the Ogden burrito and boy, was it huge! The taste was just incredible. Plenty of flavors and no skimping on the ingredients like other places do. The only downside, as other reviews noted, was the customer service. I dealt with a somewhat rude employee, which was disappointing. Still, I’d go back for the food. " (*Curated Review*)
" I took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised! The fish tacos are crunchy and delicious, not something you expect from a gas station taco shop. The salsa they provide adds a nice kick. Service was slightly chaotic, but the food does make up for it. Don't skip on the mini tacos — they are incredibly good and perfect for sharing! " (*Curated Review*)
" Paco's Tacos is a bizarre yet wonderful experience. Who would have thought that you could get top-notch tacos at a gas station? I'm always impressed by the freshness and quality of the food each time I visit. I've yet to have a bad meal. However, I do agree that the customer service can be hit or miss, so be prepared for that. It helps to stay patient. " (*Curated Review*)
" Was really looking forward to my visit, but I have to say I was a bit let down. The food was average and not very warm when served. I also had to remind the staff about my order after a long wait. I hope this isn't the standard for them, because I love Mexican food and wanted to enjoy a tasty meal. Will give it another shot, but I have a few concerns. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was looking for something quick and tasty, and Paco's fit the bill perfectly. The al pastor tacos were flavorful and had a perfect amount of seasoning. The only downside was having to wait for my order because they were a bit busy, but once I got them, I devoured them! If you love Mexican food with authentic flavors, I suggest giving this place a try. " (*Curated Review*)
" Went in thinking I’d get something quick and easy, but I left happy and full! The nachos were awesome and generously topped. The staff was friendly, but they had a lot of orders, so the wait was longer than expected. I got the impression it’s popular for a reason — the food's solid! I’d return for sure. " Had a chance to try this place while visiting and really enjoyed it! The mini tacos are a must-try, not only are they a perfect snack but pretty filling too. I also ordered a burrito, which was enormous! My only complaint would be about the wait time - a little longer than I anticipated, but I will definitely be coming back! " (*Curated Review*)
