" My experience at Samudhra was good but had some inconsistencies. While the atmosphere was very nice and conducive to a pleasant meal, I felt some of the dishes lacked the spice level I expected. For instance, the Dum Aloo, although well-prepared, needed a bit more seasoning to truly highlight the flavors. However, the service was exceptional; my server, Sonam, was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. I did appreciate the portion sizes, which were quite generous, allowing us to share several dishes. I believe they can improve a bit more on the authenticity side, but overall, not a bad choice. The food was pretty good; I especially enjoyed the Bullet Paneer and the Tawa Paneer, both bursting with flavors. However, I felt some dishes could have benefitted from a touch more spice.
