" My expectations were definitely not met this visit. I’ve heard mixed reviews about TacoTime but thought I’d try it. I ordered a burrito with no sour cream, and oops, there was sour cream! When I asked to have it changed, the staff only shrugged and said they couldn’t help me since it was already made. I appreciated the politeness, but a mistake should be rectified.
