The setup is really user-friendly, you pick your broths and can help yourself to an endless buffet of ingredients. However, I wasn't too thrilled with the service. Our server seemed overwhelmed and forgot our refill order a couple of times. The food quality was decent, especially the meats, but the broth lacked the bold flavors I was expecting.
