" As someone who grew up eating authentic pho in Vietnam, I had high expectations for Pho Dao. While the ambiance was pleasant, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with my experience. The broth lacked the depth I was looking for and was too salty for my taste. To add to that, I found some of the ingredients to not taste fresh. However, my friend enjoyed her dish, so perhaps it’s hit or miss. I might give it another chance, but I’m not rushing back. " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently visited Pho Dao and was genuinely impressed! The broth was outstanding and packed with flavor. I went with the signature pho featuring Kobe beef, and it was hands down the best I've had in this area. The meat was tender, and they gave a generous portion of fresh noodles, which added to the delightful experience. Service was fine although they could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, I'm definitely coming back for more! " (*Curated Review*)
" Very good pho! I especially loved the variety of options. The rare beef was tender, and the broth was aromatic. I enjoyed the fresh rice noodles; they made a huge difference compared to standard noodles. The service was swift as well, which is always a plus. I’ll be back to delve into their menu further! " Pho Dao is alright. The pho tasted good but not exceptionally. It feels like they focus more on the meat than on optimizing the broth flavor. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired; felt a little crowded. Service was friendly enough. Overall, I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it out. " (*Curated Review*)
" Pho Dao is definitely worth it! My husband and I stumbled upon this place while shopping, and we were blown away by the food quality. The pho wasn't too salty or greasy, which I've found to be a problem in many other places. I also appreciate their use of fresh ingredients. The atmosphere could use some improvement; it's a bit cramped during busy times. Overall, a great experience! " (*Curated Review*)
" I had a great experience at Pho Dao! The staff was friendly, and I got my food promptly. The broth was delicious, but I wished for a little more spice to it. The tofu in the vegetarian pho was soft and tasty. It's a lovely place if you want to have a hearty meal. I will be back again! " (*Curated Review*)
" I came here on a rainy day wanting something warm, and Pho Dao did not disappoint! The broth was warming and comforting. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that they didn't offer lime wedges to help balance out the bowl. I ordered the chicken pho expecting tender meat, but it was a bit chewy. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a quiet dinner. " (*Curated Review*)
