" I’m a pho fanatic, and I can say with confidence that Viet Nom serves one of the best pho in town! The broth was perfect, not too greasy, and packed with flavor. I also tried their spring rolls, which were fresh and crunchy. However, it can get a bit crowded during lunch, so be prepared to wait a little. " I absolutely fell in love with Viet Nom! The pho here is rich and warm, just what I was hoping for. The broth had a fantastic depth of flavor and the beef short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender.
