" Electric Burrito is a mixed bag for me. On one hand, their burritos are enormous and filled to the brim. I ordered the Johnny Utah burrito, and it was delicious but I felt like the beans were from a can—definitely a letdown for a place that seems to pride itself on authentic Mexican food. Service was exceptional, however! The staff were friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. If they put more effort into the quality of the beans, it could have been a five-star experience! Moreover, it shouldn't take 35 minutes for a burrito to be prepared when the shop is not even busy.
