" Being a fan of tofu, I was excited to try Dubu Maru. The restaurant has a modern and clean look but unfortunately, the food didn't quite reach my expectations. While the banchan were delicious, my main dish lacked flavor and it felt a bit watered down. While it's a cozy spot, I believe they should work on enhancing the seasoning of their soups.
