" Disappointed. I came in expecting a fantastic meal but left quite the opposite. First, the mole sauce on my enchiladas was nearly tasteless, and the rice was undercooked. My companion ordered tacos, which she said were decent but again lacking the flavor punch that we'd hoped for. The service wasn't bad; the staff was friendly and attentive, but the food simply was not up to par. " I had high hopes for Mesa Verde given the numerous positive reviews, but my experience was a mixed bag. The fish tacos were excellent and truly felt authentic, bursting with flavor. However, the service was unusually slow, and my friend’s burrito was oddly bland and cold when it arrived.
