" One word: Disappointment. I visited this Taco Bell last week and the experience was perhaps one of the worst I've had. My family and I ordered a variety of items, and absolutely none of them were made correctly. One burrito was missing, and we got extra nachos with almost no cheese on them at all. When I approached the staff about the mistakes, they were dismissive and didn't seem concerned. Cleanliness wasn’t great either; the dining area looked neglected. " Much appreciated for the late-night hours but I can't always say the same for the food quality. My last meal had the crunch wrap looking sad with a limp tortilla. While I do love Taco Bell, I wonder if they could step it up a notch with their training. The service has its ups and downs as well, sometimes friendly and other times less so. " I used to visit this Taco Bell weekly with friends after school. Recently, we've noticed a decline in both food quality and service. The staff seems overwhelmed and often gets orders wrong. Instead of being the fun hangout it used to be, our last visit was uncomfortable due to the dirty tables and overall unkempt environment.
