" Délice Phnom Penh is a hidden gem. The exterior doesn't do justice to the delicious food inside. I had the general tao chicken, which was beautifully cooked and came with a generous portion of rice and vegetables. The prices are very fair, especially considering the quality. My friend ordered the tom yum soup, and he couldn't stop raving about it! You can bring your own wine, which is fantastic, since it kept our cost down.
