" This restaurant makes you feel at home! The owner is often present and takes the time to check in with diners. I've been here multiple times, and each time I try something new. My favorite has to be the Seafood Linguine—it’s so fresh and well-cooked! On my last visit, I was impressed with the wines they offered. " I took my family to Bellini and, unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for us. The wait for the food was longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the Chicken Parmesan wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. The kids enjoyed their pastas though, so that's a plus. Our server was friendly but seemed rushed. I appreciate that each restaurant can have an off night, so I might give it another chance in the future. Perhaps it was just a busy time for them. " Great place! I've had take-out from Bellini as well as tried, and both experiences were delightful. My favorite dish is the Eggplant Parmigiana; it’s fantastic! And the portion sizes are quite generous, striking a good balance for the price. On my most recent visit, I did notice the service was a bit slow, they were busy, but the food quality made it worth the wait. " Wow! I have to say, if you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Weston, you must try Bellini! Every dish I ordered was like a little slice of Italy. I went there for dinner with a large group, and we had such a great time. We started with Calamari, which was tender and perfectly fried. I went for the seafood risotto as my main, and it was unbelievably creamy and decadent, just like how my Italian grandmother used to make! The service was incredibly attentive, as our waiter seemed genuinely interested in making our experience wonderful.
