" I was thrilled to finally visit El Fenix after reading so many great reviews about their queso. It definitely lived up to the hype! The restaurant itself had a vibrant, colorful decor which added to the celebratory feel. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and a side of fresh guacamole. Everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were great for the price, but I do think the service can be a tad spotty. " My family and I tried El Fenix last weekend, and we were very pleased overall! The menu had a wonderful selection. I ordered the enchilada platter and found the flavors to be pretty authentic, though perhaps skewed to Tex-Mex. Our server was very attentive, though we noticed he had a few tables, and sometimes it took a while to get him back to our area.
