" River16 is a gem in Oakville! I had dinner there last Friday and was truly impressed by the quality of food and service. We started with the shrimp, and it was bursting with flavor! For mains, I tried the duck which was exceptional. Each bite was a delight. The ambiance added to the experience, creating a lovely atmosphere for dining. " Visited River16 on a Thursday evening and the first impression was that the place was quite upscale. The decor is elegant yet cozy. We had a large group, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The food was generally good, although a couple of us felt that the portions were a bit small considering the prices. The calamari was well prepared but I found the pasta lacking in flavor.
