" What a gem found in New Paltz! This tiki bar is the perfect escape. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable — oh and Anton, the owner, is a total hoot! We tried a mix of cocktails and all of them were delicious, especially the 'Song of the Siren'. As for food, we sampled various sushi rolls and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. " I truly believe Fuchsia is the definition of a tiki bar done right. The creativity of their cocktail menu really stands out, using unique ingredients that you won’t find in standard tiki bars. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of toasting marshmallows on my drink; it added a fun element. The food was substantial as well. We ordered a few different dishes to share around the table and each one was a burst of flavor. The service was very attentive, and they made us feel welcome throughout our visit!
