" I can't say enough good things about Fuchsia Tiki Bar! Every aspect of my visit was incredible. The decor is stunning, you really feel transported to a tropical paradise. We ordered several drinks to share, all were phenomenal. My favorite was the Outcast Island which had a perfect blend of flavors. The sushi we ordered was fresh and paired well with our cocktails. " What a gem found in New Paltz! This tiki bar is the perfect escape. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable — oh and Anton, the owner, is a total hoot! We tried a mix of cocktails and all of them were delicious, especially the 'Song of the Siren'. As for food, we sampled various sushi rolls and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. " I truly believe Fuchsia is the definition of a tiki bar done right. The creativity of their cocktail menu really stands out, using unique ingredients that you won’t find in standard tiki bars.
