" After reading mixed reviews about Pho Captain, I finally decided to give it a go for lunch today. The ambiance was a bit lacking; dirty tables and a not-so-clean restroom made me second guess my choice immediately. As for the food, I was not impressed. I ordered the beef pho and it was overpriced for what I received. The noodles were mushy and the broth tasted very bland.
