" Sadly, my experience at China House was disappointing. I had heard from friends that it was a hidden gem, but my first visit proved otherwise. I ordered vegetable fried rice and was shocked to find it overly salty, tasting mostly of soy sauce with no fresh ingredients in sight. " I’m a regular at China House as it’s one of the few places around, but I've had my share of decent and not-so-great meals. The lo mein is a family favorite, but they have run into trouble by not having fresh ingredients at times. The general customer service is good. The staff is friendly and they remember me, which is a nice touch. However, the atmosphere sometimes feels like you're in the back of a warehouse. " I’ve visited China House more often than I’d like to admit. The food was outstanding during my last visit! Their fried rice was delicious and savory, almost addictive, and the sweet and sour chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was friendly and fast, and they always make you feel like a valued customer. However, the ambiance could use a facelift. " My experience at China House was surprisingly pleasant! I had the sesame chicken and it was juicy and flavorful, definitely one of the better dishes I’ve had there. Also tried their fried rice for the first time, and while I wouldn’t say it was amazing, it certainly wasn’t bad either. The staff was polite and attentive, making for a nice evening overall.
