" I've been a Taco Bell fan for years, but my recent experience at this location was lackluster at best. The nachos I ordered were cold and had barely any cheese. My friends and I also waited over 20 minutes just to place our order at the drive-thru despite only one car being ahead of us. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. " I never thought I'd have a bad experience at a Taco Bell, but here we are. The line during lunch was insane, which I get given the location, but the organization could use substantial improvement. When I finally got my order, it was missing half of what I had paid for. The restaurant appeared clean, but that does little to make up for missing food. " What can I say about this Taco Bell? Absolute chaos, to put it mildly. I arrived during lunch and was met with a long line at the drive-thru, which was expected. I placed my order, made sure they understood it, and even confirmed it twice, but when I got my food, everything was wrong! I asked for no beans on my burrito, yet they were piled high. I even witnessed two other customers receiving the wrong orders right before me! The food was edible, just very disappointing when it came to accuracy. While the staff at least tried to be polite, you could tell they were overwhelmed and underprepared.
