" As a dedicated Chipotle fan, I have visited numerous branches, but this one stands out... unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 5 PM. I arrived on time, yet they hadn’t even started making it! The employees were too busy joking around among themselves to notice me. After a long wait, I finally got my food, but it was missing half of what I ordered. I tried to speak to the manager, but she seemed disinterested. The squishy guacamole tasted old, and the chicken was dry. I will not be back unless I see some serious improvement.
