" We had a delightful experience at Lao Sze Chuan! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a family dinner. I ordered the Mapo Tofu and was thoroughly impressed by the authentic flavors. It was exactly how I remember it from my visits to China! The service was prompt and friendly, making for a lovely evening altogether. Highly recommend this place! " (*Curated Review*)
" Had the opportunity to try Lao Sze Chuan with friends and was blown away! The spicy fish was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were spot on. The staff was helpful in recommending dishes. Just be mindful, the place was packed, and we encountered a bit of wait for service but that’s to be expected at popular restaurants. Overall a memorable meal! " (*Curated Review*)
" Lao Sze Chuan has some of the best Szechuan dishes I’ve ever tasted outside of China. The dry chili chicken was amazing - just the right amount of spice. However, the service was a tad slow during our visit, and we had to ask multiple times for our rice. The restaurant was clean and had a vibrant atmosphere, which helped make up for the service hiccup. I’ll definitely come back for the food alone! " (*Curated Review*)
" The experience was mediocre at best. The food was decent but not great, and a few of the dishes lacked authenticity. I noticed a couple of weird choices in terms of ingredients that didn't quite belong. Service was alright, but nothing special. I may give it another shot in the future, but my expectations are lowered. " (*Curated Review*)
" Solid dinner experience. The dan dan noodles were fantastic and had plenty of flavor, though I felt they could have used a bit more sauce. Service was decent but not overly attentive. I was sat near the entrance which wasn’t the best spot as it was a bit chilly. Nevertheless, I would return for the amazing food and give it another shot! " (*Curated Review*)
" I had an overall excellent experience at Lao Sze Chuan. The food was delicious, fresh and authentic. I highly recommend the chili fried chicken and wontons! The only downside was the parking situation, which could be improved, but it won't stop me from coming back. " (*Curated Review*)
" My go-to Chinese restaurant in the area! The crispy shrimp with lemon sauce is simply divine, and the Szechuan style chicken is perfectly spicy. I brought my friends along, and everyone was satisfied with their meals. The portions are quite generous, too. On the downside, we did encounter a wait for our food, but the quality makes it worth it. I can’t wait to go back! " (*Curated Review*)
