" You can’t beat the authenticity at Bun Viet Beaubien! The bún mắm is as close as it gets to the real deal. I also loved trying their bún bò Huế, which had a fragrant broth and perfectly tender beef. The portions are quite fulfilling as well. " While the food here has been consistently good, my recent visit was slightly disappointing. The bún mắm I ordered wasn't as spicy as I remember, and I felt the portion was a tad smaller this time around. On the positive side, the staff was as friendly as ever, and the atmosphere remained warm and inviting. " I stumbled upon Bun Viet Beaubien by chance, and what a wonderful discovery! The menu is full of authentic Vietnamese dishes. I tried their special fish soup, and it was unlike anything I've had outside of Vietnam. The experience was elevated by the service provided by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home.
