" I had quite an unfortunate experience at Frank & Gino's recently. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, we were disappointed to find that my order was incorrect and my partner's was cold. It seemed like the kitchen was under a lot of pressure that day. Although the staff were very friendly and apologized profusely, it really affected our dining experience.
