" I had the pleasure of dining at La Riv for the first time last week and what a delight it was! The ambiance immediately drew me in with its modern decor, and the warm lighting added a cozy feel. I ordered the wood-fired margherita pizza, and it was one of the best I've had outside of Italy! The crust was perfectly blistered, and the tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful. " My recent visit to La Riv was absolutely delightful! The ambiance is classy yet warm, making it a great place for special occasions. We ordered the charcuterie board to start, which was beautifully presented and had a fantastic variety of flavors. Then, I had the veal osso bucco served with saffron risotto that was out of this world. It was cooked to perfection! To top it off, the tiramisu was rich and indulgent. " My experience at La Riv was a mix. I loved the atmosphere; it’s cozy and stylish, which makes you feel like you’re dining somewhere special. However, the food didn’t completely win me over. I ordered the lasagna, expecting hearty flavors, but it fell flat. The portion was decent, but I found it a tad bland. On the other hand, the desserts were excellent, particularly the bread pudding - I could go back just for that! Overall, a pretty good experience but I am hoping for more on my next visit.
