" Never knew I could feel so at home at an Italian restaurant! IL Bistro is knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, just what I wanted for a night out. We had the focaccia bread as an appetizer, which was incredibly fresh and served with a yummy dipping oil. I had the rigatoni bolognese—definitely a comfort food classic! " IL Bistro offers one of the best Italian meals I've had outside of Italy! The pasta is fresh and made in-house, which you can totally taste. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night with its low lights and subtle music, but I would say if you have trouble seeing, be prepared. The calamari appetizer was delicious and crispy, just like I had in Venice. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and he provided us with great recommendations. " If you're coming to Seattle, stop by IL Bistro! I had the lasagna, and it was pillow-like soft with just the right amount of gooey cheese.
