" HuHot is a satisfying dining experience! Originally drawn by the concept of Mongolian food, I enjoyed mulling over which delicious options to pile into my bowl. The service was quick, despite being quite busy. On the downside, I did notice a few dirty tables and the sauce bar was cluttered. I appreciated the attentive staff who ensured we were all taken care of. The food's taste was good enough, though I think they could invest more in making the flavors pop! Will return soon! " Honestly, I've been coming to HuHot for a while now, and this last visit was average. I've seen it at its best when everything is fresh and well-prepped, but that was not the case this time.
