" My dining experience at Buddha Thai was overall pleasant! My friends and I went after a day out in Boulder, and we were ready for some good food. The staff seated us promptly and took our orders quickly. I got the yellow curry, and my friends tried various dishes, including drunken noodles and pad see ew. They all raved about their meals! The yellow curry felt more diluted than before, lacking that rich flavor I'm used to. The green curry still remains a winner, but it’s quite variable depending on the chef. " The best pad Thai I’ve ever had! My husband and I stumbled across Buddha Thai after a long day hiking and it was the perfect place to relax and refuel. We were seated quickly, and the service was prompt. The dish was packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice, and the portion size was more than enough for two meals. " I had heard good things about this place, but my experience fell flat. I ordered the pad see ew, which came out overcooked and soggy, and the sauce was overly sweet. The chicken wasn’t tender at all and made the meal quite unenjoyable. On the plus side, the staff was very polite and the restaurant was clean and pleasant.
