" Brought my family to Chili's for dinner, and we had a wonderful time. Our server was fantastic and checked on us frequently. Everyone enjoyed their meals, from the burgers to the fajitas. " While I normally enjoy dining at Chili’s, I recently had a rather disappointing experience. The hostess was unfriendly, and it took a long time for the server to greet us. Once we ordered, my burger came out overcooked despite asking for medium. To make it worse, my meal was missing the fries I had ordered. " Not a fan of Chili's. Every time I try to go, there's something wrong. The last time I went, my order was just completely wrong. I had ordered a salad, and it came with ingredients I did not ask for. The service staff was polite, but I felt they were more distracted than attentive. " I love Chili's! The atmosphere is always fun and lively. We took a large group for a birthday celebration and the staff handled everything beautifully. Food was solid - I had the ribs and my partner had the burger which was juicy and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the cocktails they had; definitely made the night more enjoyable. " Amazing place! Chili's does a great job of creating a fun environment, and the food is pretty good too. I loved the loaded nachos, and they definitely didn't hold back on the toppings.
