" I decided to treat myself with a solo dinner at Blue Sushi and boy, was it worth it! The moment I walked in, I loved the atmosphere—trendy and casual but very classy. I ordered the shrimp tempura and a house salad to start; both were superb. For the sushi, I chose the Spicy Tekka and the Vegan Hot Night rolls—excellent choices, both fresh and full of flavor. My only issue was with the wait for my food, which was slightly longer than expected. However, the staff was very apologetic and compensated me with a free dessert, which was a lovely gesture!
