The tacos tasted incredibly fresh and authentic. I had the beef cheek tacos and they were tender and flavorful. Service was fast considering how busy it was. " If you’re looking for a taco truck in LA, El Chato has got to be on your radar! I tried their al pastor tacos, and they were exceptionally good. The flavor combinations are superb, and they nailed the texture with multiple tortillas. The only downside was that I came closer to closing time, and they had run out of some meats. It's a popular spot, so be ready for a crowd which can sometimes make finding a spot to eat a little challenging. Still, the communal feel and energy of the place made it enjoyable!
